Bring your business idea and get a feasibility analysis on the spot.\n\n \n Miguel Colon is a tenure-tracked Professor of Entrepreneurship and Business at Chabot College. Mr. Col n was previously President of Transfer.ly\, a crowdfunding closing platform. He also held various executive positions with Issuer Direct Corporation including\, Vice President of Corporate Development and Head of EMEA. Miguel was the founder and CEO of SEC Compliance Services a full service XBRL and EDGAR provider. SEC Compliance Services captured significant market share in less than a year\, which led to the purchase of its assets by Issuer Direct Corporation.\n\n\n\nPrior to founding SECCS\, Miguel served as the managing partner of a boutique venture development firm where he oversaw the firm's investment and acquisition strategy. He has served in various executive positions in the technology industry for both public and private companies and has managed several mergers\, acquisitions\, and public and private capital formations.\n\n\n\nMiguel is President Emeritus of the San Francisco board for the National Society of Hispanic MBA's (now Prospanica)\, an organization focused on furthering Latino professionals through graduate education.
