Davis Street's Primary Care Clinic Free Health Fair

Join us for Davis Street's Primary Care Clinic Health Fair on Saturday, 8/6/22, from 9 am - 12 pm at the Davis Street Community Center, 3081 Teagarden Street in San Leandro.

Davis Street's Health Fair will feature linkages to 25 other community resources, a free fresh produce giveaway, Clinic tours, vaccines, blood pressure checks, bike raffles, children’s activity area, games, face painting, music, and much more!

The event will be held outdoors with COVID-19 safety measures in-place guided by Alameda County Public Health Department and the CDC. Davis Street will follow the CA state requirements and Alameda County mandates for large-scale events and is subject to change.
