Interested in opening a business or remodeling your existing business? Mariana Garcia will give a workshop on the City of San Leandro’s Business Incentive Program that supports small businesses through financial assistance for rehabilitation and upgrade of commercial buildings.
Mariana Garcia is the Economic Development Specialist with the City of San Leandro.  In this position, she manages business attraction and retention programs, facilitates strategic development projects, and serves as a liaison between businesses and the City.  Specifically, Mariana manages the City of San Leandro Business Incentive Program  (Commercial Incentive, Restaurant Incentive, and Craft Beverage Incentive) walking business step by step through the application process. Mariana is responsible for reviewing applications and executing the Business Incentives with businesses in San Leandro.
